Before your appointment please :

Make your payment
Check that your demographic and clinical information are correct and complete
Test your video and audio

Once you have submitted your clinical measures, and made your payment, you are ready for your Telehealth session. You can access it from your reminder text or the link in the Patient Portal

Once you have joined the session, test your video and your audio,and wait for Dr. Bonilla. She will join you as soon as she is ready for you.

We hope you are able to complete these steps without problems, but if you have any issues, do not hesitate to request assistance, we are here for you.
